A little something for your desktop

I’m still overwhelmed by the amazing response you people out there have given me on the redesign. It’s been on almost every webdesign showcase site I can think of — CSS Beauty, CSS Import and Web Creme just to name a few — and I am very grateful for that. It’s great promotion for me. So, a big thanks to all of you!

O.L.D. wallpaper

I made a wallpaper a couple of weeks ago, that to some extent reflects the color scheme and style of this site, and I thought I’d share it here. It features a favorite quote of mine, by italian philosopher George Santayana, and comes in two sizes. Since a brand new Apple MacBook is due to arrive at my house next week, I made a 1280 by 800 pixels version to fit its resolution. There’s also a bigger version, 1920 by 1440 pixels, which should fit most screens. Enjoy!

Hey, Olof.

I found your site through CSSbeauty.com, and I must say I jsut love it. Colorscheme, functions, everything. I got inspired just by coming here. Thanks you.

Regards Patric.

Hey Olof,

Very nice wallpaper. And a very nice site to. I also like the “you say this right now” section. How did you manage this?
